This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work on our website.

Please read it carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ The product received is damaged

✔ The product received is defective

✔ The product received is incorrect (wrong item/size/color)

✔ The product is missing components

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • A clear unboxing video is required (from opening the package till showing the issue)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear / lingerie

  • Socks

  • Accessories

  • Free gifts

  • Items bought during clearance or special sale (unless damaged/wrong item)


3. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within:

2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product

After this period, return requests cannot be accepted.


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at:

Include the following:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video showing the issue clearly

Once your request is approved, we will guide you with the next steps.


5. Return Pickup Process

  • Our courier partner will attempt a pickup from your location

  • The product must be packed securely in original packaging

  • If the courier is unable to pick up due to your unavailability, a second attempt may be made

  • In some cases where pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product (shipping charges refundable only if the product is defective/wrong)


6. Inspection & Approval

After the product reaches our warehouse:

  • It goes through a quality inspection

  • If the return is approved, we proceed with refund or replacement

  • If the product fails the inspection (used, washed, damaged by customer, missing tags), return will be rejected and item will be sent back to you


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged/defective product

  • Product missing components

  • Product not delivered due to our fault

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued as:

  • Store Credit / Wallet Credit (default)

  • Bank/UPI refund in eligible cases (only for cancellations or defective/wrong items)

Refund Timeline:

  • Store credit: 24–48 hours after inspection approval

  • Bank/UPI refund: 3–7 working days

Note: Payment gateway delays may apply.


8. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong/damaged product received

Conditions:

  • Exchange depends on stock availability

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may receive store credit instead


9. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

If payment has already been made:

  • Pre-dispatch cancellation: Full refund

  • Post-dispatch cancellation: Not allowed


10. Parcels Marked as “Return to Origin (RTO)”

If your order is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Repeated delivery attempts failed

  • Customer refusal at doorstep

Re-shipping will require extra delivery charges.


11. Fake/No Issue Claims

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • Video is edited or unclear

  • Product is intentionally damaged

  • Wrong issue is claimed

We maintain strict quality-control checks to prevent misuse.
